A fact-checking site is only as good as its willingness to correct itself. Any verdict on this site can be disputed, and verified errors are corrected visibly.

Dispute a verdict

Email admin@holdsup.app with the episode, the claim, and why you believe the verdict is wrong - ideally with the published research supporting your view. Disputes from the person quoted are reviewed with priority. Every dispute receives a response.

How corrections are made

When a verdict is found to be wrong, it is corrected on the episode page and re-verified against the cited records; material corrections are noted on the page rather than silently edited. If a correction affects a social media post, a correcting post is published.

Right of reply

Anyone whose statements are checked on this site can request that a short response be linked from the relevant page: admin@holdsup.app.
