This site sets no cookies, runs no trackers, and collects no personal data from visitors. Pages are served through Cloudflare, whose infrastructure processes standard technical logs (IP addresses) to deliver the site.

People quoted on this site

HoldsUp processes information about public figures in their public, professional capacity: statements they made on published podcasts, and their publicly indexed scientific publications (PubMed, OpenAlex). This processing is done for journalistic and public-interest purposes - documenting how public health claims compare to published research - which is its legal basis under Article 85 GDPR and the journalistic derogations it provides for.

If you are quoted or profiled on this site, you can dispute any verdict (see the corrections policy), request a right of reply, or object to the processing of your data by writing to admin@holdsup.app. Requests are answered promptly.
