A case report evaluated a woman with no prior gastrointestinal complaints who experienced an allergic reaction to combined medications after undergoing dental root canal, bone graft, and implant procedures, followed by multiple food intolerances. Four weeks after the final procedure, she was tested serologically for mucosal immune function, salivary and blood gluten reactivity, intestinal permeability, and food sensitivities, comparing the findings to baseline tests obtained two months before the dental work.
