The Personalized Nutrition Project investigated machine-learning algorithms incorporating microbiome, dietary, anthropometric, and clinical blood markers to design personalized diets targeting postprandial glycemic responses. While cardiometabolic parameters and blood lipids are tracked as broader metabolic consequences of these personalized dietary interventions, the primary focus of the foundational trials was glycemic control.
