On the Horvath epigenetic clock, the only two interventions demonstrated to decrease biological aging are exercise and GLP-1 receptor agonist drugs.

The claim that exercise and GLP-1 receptor agonists are the only two interventions shown to reduce biological age on the Horvath epigenetic clock is contradicted by published interventional studies, including studies co-authored by Steve Horvath himself.
